Hi there! My name is Julia Lyons. I am an Spiritual Mentor, Intuitive Life Coach, Earth-Based Shamanic Healer, Folk Herbalist, Wife and Mama of two. My ancestry is of the Jewish Kohenets (Hebrew High Priestess) which I continue to heal through to access and connect deeper with.

My mission is to help you heal so you can be empowered to live authentically and feel confident in your own unique process of becoming the best version of yourself. When we become tuned in to this way of living, our struggles ease and we are able to step fully onto our path and manifest beauty in all areas of our life.

My work weaves my decade+ experience in realms of earth-centered shamanistic healing arts with spiritual mentorship, intuitive coaching, herbal wisdom & ceremony.

I work with people (remote or in person) who are ready to commit to working together on a regular basis through Deep Dive Containers, Healing Ceremonies, and Mentorships. Please reach out if your curiosity is peaked.

history/training/education

I have been connected to the various realms of reality throughout my whole life. Always knowing there were endless possibilities available to us, I began to explore this more closely in my teenage years. Through working with various psychedelics, plant medicines, yogic and meditative practices, and prayer through my Jewish lineage, I became consciously connected to the mysteries of the universe and began to learn the ways of navigating the unseen realms, and bridging them into the seen & physical world.

I have received in-depth training and support from 2017-2024 in Earth-Centered Shamanic Healing Arts, Traditional Yucatec Maya Healing and Abdominal Massage (from the lineage of Miss Beatrice Torres Waight), Animistic/Folk Herbalism, Wild Foods, and teaching through Ann Drucker. Prior to this I worked consistently with Janine Moderski for my own healing and learning in the realm of psychic/energy healing. I also completed all 3 levels of Reiki certification with Helen Knight, and did an additional Reiki Level 3 Master Training and Shamanic Reiki class with Gayle Fowler to gain new perspective.

As always, I learn and grow most directly from my partnership with my Helping Spirits. This partnership allows me to continually learn and deepen my relationship with Spirit. I am always being moved to grow and evolve, and to come deeper into right relationship with the earth around me so I can be more deeply of service.
