I’m Julia Lyons, an Earth-Centered Shamanistic Healing practitioner and Folk Herbalist. My mission is to empower people to live authentically and feel confident in their own unique process of becoming the best version of themselves. I offer work that embodies a variety of earth-centered shamanistic healing techniques and traditional Yucatec Maya Abdominal Massage.
Through 1:1 healing sessions, deep dive coaching containers, consultations, and classes, I hope to help you grow and learn with ease, love, and awareness, so that you may navigate through life with a brighter view and greater understanding of your true nature.
