Join local Earth-Centered Shamanic Healer, Julia Lyons, for an experience designed to help you deeply restore into yourself and connect with the earth. We will come together with a grounding meditation accompanied by aromatic herbs, bringing you out of thinking mind and into your heart. Then we will dive into an extended restorative yoga practice, during which each participant will receive intuitive Earth-Centered Shamanic healing.
