Join Julia for a weekend training workshop designed to facilitate a comprehensive introduction to the powerful healing modality, Reiki. Julia teaches through a shamanic lens so this work will easily integrate with other healing modalities. You will have time to explore integrating other shamanic & earth-centered healing tools in with Reiki.

-Level 1 Attunement
-History of Reiki
-Chakras: what they are, what they represent, how to work with them
-Meditation & Grounding
-Activation and accessing your intuitive/psychic gifts
-Spiritual Self-Care
-Hand Placements for giving to yourself and others
-Animal Reiki
-Learning to set sacred space
-Deepening your connection to your spirit helpers
-Practice on each other!!
We will join together to learn, grow, heal and deepen our connections to spirit. We will have a lunch break both days so bring your lunch or money to buy lunch at the local stores.
