Join Julia Lyons for an immersive experience designed to empower you to be able to shift energy in your home or space using sacred smoke! We will meet different herbal allies; learn how to work in the right relationship with the plants and fire, and practice cleansing yourself and others!

This class is taught in the oral tradition and is an interactive, hands-on class. If you are a note taker, please bring your own materials. You will take home samples of local herbs for burning.
