Join in a community of women to connect and do self care. Bring your authenticity and come as you are! Everything is optional and offered with love to help you re-center and come back to your Self. Each month will most likely be different and uniquely inspired. Can’t wait to see you there!
This 6-month container starts February 22nd. We will have the same group of women together for a 6-month period so we can get to know each other more deeply and gain more support therein.
$240 for 6 months
Each month I will provide:
Herbal Tea
Healthy Snacks
Earth-Centered Self Care Support such as: Herbal Spiritual Foot Baths, Aromatic Herbs, Plant Brushings, Herbal Medicine Support
Burning plants *Please let me know if this is problematic or you have any allergies!
Meditation/Grounding Practice
Simple Rituals depending on group needs & desires
Each gathering will be held on a Thursday Evening from 5-7pm in Lafayette.
